Proper Introductions

As we will be posting a lot of stories and photos including these animals below, we thought it would be wise to introduce them properly, by name. ;) 

 Left: "Candy" 

Right: "Mocha"

This little boy will come up a lot on the blog (and your facebook feed) as one of the farm's biggest menaces. :D We all, and the animals (I think) love him just the same. ;)

 This is the other little troublemaker with the newest addition to the milking does, "Daisy". 

 You don't have a blog post about animals without mentioning Myles and his pet chicken. This friendly bird was affectionately dubbed "Miss Mae" by the child in the photo. ;) 

 Then there are the regular layers who weren't special enough to have been given names

(Although I am certain the golden one in front is "Miss Frizzle" : ) )

monday morning ramblings

Somewhere along the lines I got behind.....maybe years ago? Well, these are some recent ramblings of me and my family. :) So therefore there will be no rhyme or reason to this post. A lot is changing in our lives such as kids growing up and moving on, such as myself, and a variety of family activities taking place that change the dynamics ever so slightly. ;) However, some things never change....and those are the things I like best. <3

Back in November, I had the privilege of joining staff part-time at the local newspaper office!

 Goodness! Our little girl is getting some hair! ;)

 It's that time of life again....preparing to get a license. :/ 

This is by far his favorite spot. Not a day goes by when we don't find these two together. <3  

The epitome of American boyhood...:)
